DoubleTwist "Hacks" iTunes DRM
iTunes StoreJon Lech Johansen, cracker of the DVD Copy Protection aged 15, has released software enabling users to share files from the iTunes Store.

The program is available from the DoubleTwist Ventures website and allows you to send DRM protected iTunes tracks to friends over the internet.

This will be a big blow for Apple, especially after the launch of iTunes Plus, the new iTunes store, in which tracks cost an extra 20p, offers DRM free MP3 files.

Today's news will encourage users to buy 79p tracks and unlock them, saving users a £1 for every 5 tracks they download.
