Jenga Meets Tetris Blast in New Wii Game
Boom BloxJenga Meets Tetris Blast in the upcoming Nintendo Wii title, Boom Blox, to be released on the 9th May.

Boom Blox, the game described at the last E3 conference as Jenga meets Tetris Blast is to be released next Friday (09/04/2008).

The game has been developed by Electronic Art's Los Angeles branch and it to be published by its parent, EA Games.

Steven Spielberg has been rumoured to have guided the development of the game. Boom Blox is to be released three days earlier in Spielberg's native USA, as well as Canada.

In addition to being released on the Nintendo Wii the game will be made available to mobile phone users through Electronic Arts (EA) and mobile network's WAP websites.

The game is described as being part of the puzzle genre and can be played as like most Wii games from a CD (Wii Optical Disc) and controlled with the standard Wii remote with no compulsory add-ons like the Wii Fit's "Balance Board".
